The sublet will run from May 16th to August 16th. $300 a month covers high-speed internet, cable, water, and parking. The 2 bedroom apartment will be shared with one other clean and polite male roommate. The apartment is large, furnished and air-conditioned. The
rent is negotiable.

The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood on Second & Clark (204 E. Clark), near downtown Champaign and just a five minute bike ride from campus. There are also six different bus lines going to and from campus that pick-up one block away.
